These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LeCoiffeur website and services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LeCoiffeur is a platform that connects barbers/salons (“Providers”) with customers (“Customers”) to manage profiles, discover services, and book appointments. We may later provide payment processing and related features. LeCoiffeur is not a salon and does not provide barbering services; we operate as a platform/marketplace.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or fitness of any services provided by Providers. Any service is performed solely by the Provider. Disputes are between Customer and Provider, though we may, at our discretion, assist.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LeCoiffeur or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. By posting content (e.g., photos, descriptions, reviews), you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and use it for operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for content you provide and warrant you have the necessary rights.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use personal data.
We may link to or integrate third‑party services (e.g., maps, payments, login providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeCoiffeur and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeCoiffeur from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, provisions intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tunis, Tunisia. Nothing herein limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
